Saturn’s returning to the South Node for another blast-from-the-past bit of karmic pay-back, and various politicians are suffering the effects.

The conjunction is exact on Saturday the 28th, which is also the New Moon.  The Sabian Symbol for the Saturn/South Node conjunction is 14* Capricorn—“An ancient bas-relief carved in granite remains a witness to a long-forgotten culture.”  But what is it that is written in stone in our pasts, collective and personal, that we must contemplate?

The clue may lie in the Sabian degree of the New Moon: “A man watches his ideals taking a concrete form before his inner vision.”  Theory is not practice, and much can get lost in translation.  We need to consider the past—Saturn demands it—but there’s a lot to review and jettison.

Time to roll up our sleeves and take out the trash.
